A 2 hour starbucks meeting resulted in solutions. A suggestion of removing the booth carpeting and and reducing the height of booth walls by a foot resulted in a 6 figure saving. The interactive elements are safe...for now.

The trade show budget was trimmed today, so the design team has to go back and rework all the elements that were built in to make the booths interactive. The pressure has just been turned up.

The aggressive design schedule has every one pushing. However we had made substantial progress in getting the overall booth designs approved. Behind Jerome you can see the design direction hang on the "wall."
